By booking an appointment with Mayhem Manicures, you acknowledge the following policies:
Please come to your appointment with bare nails, UNLESS it is my work! I will not remove foreign product!
A deposit of $25 is required for each appointment booked. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the service.
Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may be terminated. A 15-minute grace period will be accepted. PLEASE contact me to let me know!
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund of their deposit.
